Sheila Peters  has been dancing professionally for over 35 years. Trained originally as a ballet dancer, Sheila began performing at age 18 with Concert Dance Co., MA, a modern dance company. Other performing credits include: Repertory West, CA, Northern Ballet Theater, NH, Independent Choreographers and Composers, MA,  as well as additional companies on both the east and west coasts. Sheila was a founding member of the Santa Barbara Dance Alliance and has taught at universities, private studios and prep schools including UCSB, Alan Hancock College, CA, The Groton School, MA and Acton School of Ballet, MA. She has directed and founded her own schools and performing companies and choreographed for many other performing groups. Currently Sheila is developing dance and movement based workshops with her partner, JP Harris, that utilize the skills that dancers embody to help non-dancers improve both personal and working relationships and adapt to the accelerating pace of change both at home and at work. Sheila holds a BA in Dance from UCSB and a MS in Leadership from Northeastern University.

 

     

Meghan Meehan holds a B.A. in Dance from Muhlenberg College where she danced extensively. She has served on the faculty of the Rock School and the ACPPA Cooperative School in Philadelphia, and continues to perform and choreograph professionally. Ms. Meehan is also an accomplished visual artist working toward her MFA.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Steve St. Pierre was a finalist at the 1993 World Championships of Country Dance in Nashville. He was also a National Division 1 competitor, having won his way up through the divisions at UCWDC sanctioned events throughput the U.S.A. He won the Jack & Jill 2-step competition at Mary Hoedeman's 1995 Boston Dance Party and a fourth - place teacher award at the 1996 Northeast Dance Festival. He was trained  by Mary Hoedemann of Nashville and Barry Durand, Dave Getty and Dawn Blorsted. He has also had the pleasure of studying with several U.S. Open swing champions including Robert Cordoba, Mary Ann Nunes, Kelly Buckwalter, Jeannie Tucker, as well as with Maxwell Ho and Neal. Steve was a member of the faculty at Neal Klein's Dancing Feats Swing and Ballroom dance studio in Newton. Currently, Steve runs a dance program at the Lynnfield Community Church in Lynnfield, MA where he teaches, choreographs, and coaches his own students and other competitors.
